Resizes
Titanium rings can not be resized by a jeweler
like rings made from other metals. If you need a different size,
you will need to send the ring back.
Your ring can be resized up to 1/2 size larger
by removing material from the inside (note that this will make
the ring a little thinner). If you need either 1/4 or 1/2 size
larger, there is just a $5 charge for return shipping and handling.
(The milled designs Decagon, Quadratic, and Salient cannot be
resized and must be remade.)
If you need a smaller size or a size more than
1/2 size larger than what you have, a new ring will need to be
made. There is a $20 charge for remaking plain titanium, silver
inlayed, and milled design rings. There is a $40 charge for remaking
gold inlay rings (cost is per ring and includes shipping charges).
For most resizes I recommend a minimum of 1/2
size difference, the difference in 1/4 size is just barely noticeable.
Also try your ring on several times to be sure, your finger can
change size during the course of the day.
If your ring has engraving it will automatically
be re-engraved.
To send your ring back for resizing:
I recommend using USPS Priority mail because it
is fast, cheap, and you can get a delivery confirmation code and
insurance. You will need to include the ring, a note saying what
size you need and your address (you can use the original invoice),
and either a check or cash for the resize or remake charge. Checks
can be made out to Titanium Concepts.
Also it is appreciated if you can send an email
letting me know you are sending your ring back for a resize.
Returns
If you wish to return your ring for a refund there
is a 20% return charge. This is to help cover the cost of materials,
credit card processing fees, shipping, and time spent manufacturing
the ring.
Refinishing
Titanium is hard but it will scratch. You can
send your ring back for free refinishing, but you will be required
to pay for return shipping & handling ($5). Please email me
to let me know you are sending your ring back. If you have a polished
finish, you can also take it to a local jeweler for polishing.
