Resizes
Titanium rings cannot be resized by a jeweler
like rings made from other metals. If you need a different
size, you will need to send the ring back so I can either resize or remake it.
Most rings can be resized up to 1/2 size larger
by removing material from the inside (note that this will
make the ring a little thinner). If you need either 1/4 or
1/2 size larger, there is just a $5 charge for return shipping
and handling. If your ring has engraving it will automatically
be re-engraved.
*The Amaranth and the milled designs Decagon, Quadratic, and
Salient cannot be resized and must be remade.
If you need a smaller size or a size more
than 1/2 size larger than what you have, a new ring will need to be
made. The remake charge depends on what kind of ring you have. If you
have your ring remade you can also change the other dimensions like
width and thickness.
Remake charges:
Amaranth - $15
Plain titanium rings - $20
Milled rings - $25
Silver inlay rings - $25
Gold inlay rings - $35
Platinum inlay rings - $50
Remake charges include shipping.
For most resizes I recommend a minimum of
1/2 size difference, the difference in 1/4 size is just barely
noticeable and for fine tuning. Also try your ring on several times to be sure,
your finger can change size during the course of the day.
To send your ring back for resizing:
I recommend using USPS Priority mail because
it is fast, cheap, and you can get a delivery confirmation
code and insurance. You will need to include the ring, a note
saying what size you need and your address (you can use the
original invoice), and either a check or cash for the resize
or remake charge. Checks can be made out to Titanium Concepts.

You can also pay for the remake and resize charges using the custom payment page or by sending Paypal to wes@titaniumconcepts.com
30 Day Return Policy
You can return your ring up to 30 days from the date you received the ring. If you wish to return your ring for a refund
there is a 20% return charge. This is to help cover the cost
of materials, credit card processing fees, shipping, and time
spent manufacturing the ring.
Refinishing
Titanium is hard but it will scratch. You
can send your ring back for free refinishing, but you will be required
to pay for return shipping & handling ($5). If you have a polished
finish, you can also take it to a local jeweler for polishing. If you
have an all brushed finish, you can get a similar finish by using some
400 grit sandpaper.
